Founder, CEOStuart is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Sigma Ratings. He is a former senior U.S. Treasury official with extended leadership tours in Afghanistan and the Middle East, where he covered both macroeconomic and counter illicit finance matters for the Department. For his service, Stuart received the Secretary’s Honor Award and the Treasury Department’s Meritorious Service Award.
After government, Stuart worked as an executive with EY, one of the world’s largest audit and advisory firms, where he led business and strategic growth in select emerging markets for the assurance business.
Stuart is a graduate of MIT’s Sloan School of Management, the University of St. Andrews and the American University.
