Sigma’s web-user interface enables teams to process screening results in Sigma’s alert decisioning tool which supports up to three levels of escalation and review with a full audit trail. Users can add commentary and reason codes for determining the validity of a match or finding that is included in exportable reporting for required record keeping purposes.
On completion of review of transaction alerts, Sigma users can export detailed screening results on a transaction by transaction basis. If no alerts exist, users can instantly download a report summarizing the screening that was performed.
Sigma allows users to flexibly control ongoing monitoring of global sanctions list exposure, political exposure, and for adverse media. This simplifies screening for frequently seen transaction participants and instills additional confidence in business practices.
